Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 7-10 business days for shipping, depending on the selected shipping method. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday.

MulherSkin.com ships to the contiguous United States via USPS, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your ultimate satisfaction with Mulher SkinCare is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any new or gently used item(s) purchased at MulherSkin.com upon receiving it within 14 days of the purchase date. Simply access your customer account here to initiate a return and generate a shipping label.

When you return your purchase to MulherSkin.com within 14 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. 

Items received more than 14 days after the purchase date may not be returned. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Only items purchased on MulherSkin.com can be returned to MulherSkin.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase

Mulher SkinCare monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Mulher Skincare account or future orders being refused at our discretion.
